Burn the Fat, Feed the muscle!

You have two main strategies that work hand in hand...
1) Burn the Fat
- Cardio!
- Stop eating crap!
2) Feed the Muscle
- Have 5-6 meals balanced nutritious meals.
- Do weight training.
